FDR – Estates & Beyond   

Who?

If you work with older adults or families whether you are legally representing them, assisting them with transitions, helping them plan their estate decisions, or supporting them through disputes, this program is for you.

You will learn new skills that go beyond your specific role and explore the need for deeper, more flexible models.

Attendees will be family and estate lawyers, paralegals, mediators, ADR students, social workers, real estate and financial professionals as well as healthcare professionals.

If you are a professional working in this field, the program will provide you with a different perspective and new skills to augment and grow your practice.

If you are new to working with families in this area, the program will provide you with an introduction to the processes, skills and perspective needed to help you work in this field.

For non-legal professionals (and those who work in a different legal field or may want a refresher), we are offering an optional 5-hour estate, elder and trust legal training day before the program.
