Over the 13 years since Families First Mediation first opened, we have continually heard about the lack of support for financial disclosure; from clients and professionals alike. We focus on exceling at providing this support to our own clients and are now extending it to professionals.
We know that many single lawyers and small firms don’t have in-house resources with a deep understanding of financial disclosure. We also know that many family mediators are great at parenting plans but uncomfortable with financials. This service exists to help remove the frustrations that both lawyers and ADR professionals feel in supporting clients through completing clear and concise financial disclosure.
Let’s face it, people don’t like financial planning at the best of times and unless you work with the forms regularly, they aren’t very user friendly. Your client may not want to share information with you, or their ex. They may not understand why the information is needed or how it’s used. They overshare about assets and liabilities that aren’t theirs. They need hand-holding and additional support to gather data and prepare their financials; that’s where we come in.
We have the expertise to help your clients through this process seamlessly. With our service, YOU retain the relationship with the client because YOU are our client. The relationship, agreements, and billing are done through your brand.
