There are many reasons people and organizations turn to mediation.

In a workplace we may mediate with employees who are having interpersonal issues or help facilitate a return to work plan.

We can help by supporting a confidential and timely settlement for a small claims dispute allowing everyone to move on without litigation.

Mediation can assist in clearing the backlog of cases in the courts and tribunals in a private manner.

With 2 mediators having different backgrounds and training we can offer you the option of co-mediation which may better represent your clients and provide more peace of mind around neutrality and fairness.

We work with lawyers, paralegals, organizations and individuals. Mediation can provide you with the opportunity to get a resolution faster and often with more creativity than you can find in litigation.
